‘The Art That Lives in Our Hands’

Enjoy a unique cheese-making experience at our goat farm. Take a walk amongst the animals and be shown around the area where our goats live. You will then have the chance to try your hand at cheese-making, using milk from the goat farm to produce manouri, feta or yoghurt. During the cheese-making session, you’ll be shown the different stages of the process and learn about the health benefits of goat’s milk, which have a positive effect on the human body.

The experience doesn’t begin at the cheese dairy. It begins outdoors, in nature, with a guided tour of the area where our goats live and graze. You’ll get to know the animals up close, learn about their lives and understand why their milk is so special. Because good cheese always starts with a happy animal.
